Because you either have a broken LSD or an open differential. I'm guessing a open differential as when my LSD was acting up it would spin both the slip and only spin one. Your doesn't even appear to try to spin the other.

I put a Auburn LSD in mine when my factory one broke the clips off however Detroit offers a very popular option too.

 

oh ic well they both will start spinning ,then it will just go to the one, must be open , however its annoying lol . i would like too light them both up

 

when i do a burnout the both spin and yr tires smoke like a mfer! what u running? most time when i do a burn out i just got untill the smoke rolls into the bed and leave lol.
