Need to install tranny parts
I ordered several parts today to make my tranny better.
manual valve - "This valve allows converter charge in park and reverse and
DOES NOT cause forward clutch drag in park. No machining required."
switch valve - "This valve prevents lock up shudder, soft torque converter apply
and torque converter overheating."
press reg valve - "This valve is designed to allow oil to flow into the converter
charge circuit as soon as the engine is started."
These parts need to be installed in the side of the valve body. I'm wondering if I will be lucky enough that the VB is lower than the tranny case so I can replace these parts without pulling the VB out.
Will I get lucky?

I'm sure montec will chime in here, and I'm sure you mean VB not TB? Because it would be alot of work to install all that stuff in the side of the throttle body,
And did you buy a kit like a TransGo or did you get the parts individually? Just curious.

yes, "valve body" -Thanks zman
I edited the post. Sorry I was sober when I wrote the post.
I bought the individual parts.

Yea, the parts are Sonnax.

The valve body really isn't that hard to get out from the trans.
1)Disconnect all linkage to the transmission itself (There is a part coming out of the trans and has two brackets attached to it)
2)Disconnect the wiring harness right next to it.
3)Drop the pan and remove the filter
4)Unbolt the valve body (I think about 8 11mm and 2 T25 torx screws)
5)GENTLY wiggle the valve body down to get the linkage post and wiring harness through the trans body.
6)Once loose, disconnect the parking rod by detaching the c-clip holding it on
7)Remove valve body!
