Of course you can still drive it, but the rpm's will be higher at the speed you normally drive at, and the gas mileage is going to suffer considerably.

sure you can. you might be a little high on rpms. but shouldnt be a big deal. plus you should have some awesome acceleration.i have 3.92's with 33's and its not that bad at all. i wouldnt think twice about having 4.56's instead. in fact i think it would be better.

If you search around here , there is a chart you can figure all that out. Sorry, I don't know what thread it's in.

Maybe about 150-200 rpm difference between 4.56s with 33s vs. 35s. Your mpg difference will be slight, at most. Do I think you should get the gears? Look at my sig!!!

Im running 4.56 with 33's and I plan to keep it that way untill these current tires wear out...

70 mph is like 2500 RPM or so...

My gas mileage appears to be better than before. 3.55's are just way too high for these trucks being as heavy as they are and the engine has to work harder than it needs to to push it.
Its winter here the entire time I had the 33/4.56 combo and I have always got bad gas milage in the winter... usually its 10mpg all the time no matter how its driven, now its 10-11...
I think my gain came becasue my truck tows 3-4 times a week, and towing is sooooo much better with these gears... the engine doesnt even have to work at it.

I bought them from a company that someone on here recommended to me... Kind of a small shop... sorry but I cant remember what the company name is at all.

A good place to get them is randys ring and pinion, but they are kind of pricy there... but the service is excellent.

I installed my gears myself, but I wouldn't recommend a gear intall unless you are very confident in your wrenching ability's.
