Default Creaking help

Another thing is, I JUST started getting almost what sounds like a creaking type of noise, I can only hear it when I'm idling going about 5mph or so. Just going straight it does it, I don't believe it does when I'm turning. And bumps do not make a difference either. Just driving straight forward... Let me know if anyone knows what needs to be replaced.

I cannot remeber what the backspacing is on the stock dodges 16x7's, but I am guessing somewhere around 5.5" or so. So if you bought 16x8 wheels with 4.5" of backspacing they would stick about 2" or so (if the stockers are 5.5"). Just add up how much wider the new wheels are and the difference in backspacing (as long as it is smaller) and that is how much more they will stick out.

As far as telling what might be making the noise under your truck, thats pretty difficult to do, especially with the way you explained the noise... not much info.

Oh alright I getchya. I think about two inches would do the trick maybe less.

And, yeah the noise is really hard to explain because I have only been paying attention enough to notice it twice. I have a feeling it is just worn out something... WHO knows ha
