I was just thinking about this today. 2000-2001 Spindles and Brake calipers. The newer calipers are 2 piston compared to the 94-99's 1 piston.

Trailer Hitch.
There is a Ram at my junkyard that has tan power leather seats. I would get them if they were black.
All Ram wheels
Off Road springs
Sport Package
Emblems

Gas tank skid plate (found on off road rams). It may be plastic but scraping it is better than hitting your tank. You'll need the brackets too.
I'd love to have one...

4.10 Gears from an Off-Road edition Ram. But don't get the Differential. They are POS.

Oh, another one. The Dana 44 axle from an Off-Road. It is supposively trussed.

Ya, I did that on my old ranger.. I elongated my rear shackles, f150 coils (stiff as crap but taller) and put on some long shocks i found, that I dunno where they came from.. 4x4 blocks off a lifted ranger i found.. adjustable alignment cams from A-line.. I prolly spent 200 bucks on the whole thing, was as good as a lot of my friend's lift kits..

money isn't everything..

someone should put together a "Red neck" lift kit for the ram.. parts from everywhere. 2500 coils, whatever blocks in the rear.. Pitman arm off a 1940 Pontiac torpedo eight coupe, whatever... lol
