Default 93 W/No Fuel or Spark

Hey I'm new here and hope I'm in the right spot for this but my friend has a 93 Ram 2500 and it's not getting fuel or spark. He replaced the computer and that didn't solve the problem. He's a mechanic and pretty good at what he does but we're stumped on this one. It turns over, has all the dash lights working and theres no burnt fuses. Anybody had a similar problem and can ya maybe point us in the right direction. It's his only vehicle and it's been down for a week now. Thanks any help you can provide.

Did the fuses and relays in the PDC (black box under hood) also get checked? Other than that check all the grounds. And has it been on a scanner to check if there are any codes?

Well he's tellin me he checked all the relays and there's no codes coming up. I know they have the latest scanners and software so I think if it was something there they would have at least a direction to go but theres nothing. Like I said he replaces the computer with a Reman from the dealer for $400 and that was'nt it. Anybody know where the ground would be located for the ignition and injection system? The fuel pump is actually running but its not getting fuel through the injection. Thay could be the problem I guess but where should we start?

The fuel pump can run, but still not pump fuel. Has he checked the pressure?

I don't think he checked for fuel pressure. The reason being that we have no spark either so we figured it's gotta be something effecting fuel and spark. I'll tell him to check it but do you know what the pressure should be just in case he doesn't. Thanks again for the help.
