where to buy transmission parts
I have a 1996 dodge ram 1500 with 5.2 auto,46re trans i believe a 518 and was wondering where to buy parts for trans,found piece of snap ring in pan.
The snap ring you found is from the direct clutch, part number 4461032 from the dealer, maybe 15 to 20 dollars. The overdrive unit would come off to replace the broken snap ring. You'll also need a press too.
