Question painted stock steel wheels

ok guys i went to my local oriellys and bout me 2 cans of flat black wheel paint by dupli-color and it only took one full can and almost one full clear to do all four thats not bad lol im happy with the out come lol what do yall think and im past my limit on attachments lol but there are pics in my photos

hmm i wonder where you got that idea from, hahaha just kidding man i did the same exact paint job to my stock wheels about a year ago, lm happy as well, and looks good on your truck btw too.

Am I not see the pics or something? I don't see black rims just silver ones.

there are two new pics of them in my photos...... and thanks guys i just wanna get rid of that nasty maroon stripe it was like that when i bought the truck

They look good, but unfortunately they will chip easily. That is the problem I'm encountering with mine, and I used far more paint, and let them cure a full week.

Oh oh oh! They are partial painted! Ok I get it...yeah they will chip unless they are powder coated or done with like 3-4 layers of paint and 2 layers of clear...like whathisname did.

But good luck!

I used 3 coats of primer, 4-5 coats of paint and 4 coats of clear and mine chip very easily. Powdercoat FTW.
