keep the cat....!!! just get a high flow! you will have problems if you gut it!

is it VA state legal to cut a cat out? i mean, i used to live in NY and it wasn't required to even have emissions testing done on a vehicle over 10 years old. is it the same down here? i'll look into it.


looked into it^^^^ in VA its any vehicle over 25 years. so nvm on that. i guess its high flow cat, here i come.
