Electrical problem
Just started having a strange issue with my right directional. It blinks fast when right directional is activated, The parking light filament in the bulb lights up NOT the turn signal filament and when the headlight switch is pulled out, I do not have a right directional at all and the right directional indicator on the dash lights up.
The bulbs are fine.
It seems as thought the directional circuit is shorted to the parking light circuit. Is there any suggestions you guys have before I start ripping harnesses apart?

Hmm... thats a thought. Something easy to eliminate anyway. Actually when I have the right directional on and pull the bulb out, the flasher buzzes. Not that it means that is the problem.
It seems like I'm getting backfeed into the circuit somehow.

You have a bad ground. The signal light is sending current backwards through the parking light and grounding at other lights' grounds. When you turn on your other lights this path disappears because the lights are using the ground points themselves, and the current from the turn signal can't get to ground. Clean the socket and check and clean the ground connection.
