Lightbulb coil spacer info

i looked on the DIY link for the coil spacer. i found an easier way. as stated in the DIY link take the sway bar loose at the ends. then take the bottom shock bolt out. then take the 3 nuts loose from the shock tower and pull the tower and shock out at the same time. drop the jack and pull the coil spring out. its easier with 2 floor jacks. took use about an hour and a half. hope it helps ya

Good call, there is no reason to unbolt the top of the shock.

Most probably replace the shocks when they do the install. Also the drivers side is a bit tricky to get the shock and mount out at the same time. It can be done though like you said.
