Default would i be able to do this?

I have a 2000 dodge 1500, it has a roof visor that i was trying to get rid of. I unscrewed the bolts by the door and relized that taking it off would leave 2 holes in my roof. If i were to buy the cab lights would i be able to put them over the pre existing holes from the visor?

paying other people to do work that i know i can do better is too expensive. I have done it a couple of times with the "free" install when you buy a stereo etc. but i always end up re-doing it. do it yourself, like TMS said, youll like it better, and it leaves more money in your pocket to do other stuff.
