Horn Question
Under my hood I see two horns, I just bought a new replacement one from O'Reillys but I'm not sure how to take off the sensors (at least I think they're sensors, maybe just electrical wiring to sound the horns) without tearing them up. Does anyone know how I can take off the sensors and put them on my new horn? And do I need two replacement horns or can I just roll with one and a one loose sensor?
I just got a cheap 15 dollar horn which tells me to strip the stock connector wires and make em females then plug it in and go. Its temporary. But I'm not sure if just pulling them off will mess them up, or even in they will connect onto the prongs on the new horn. In the morning I'll try a screwdriver, it looked like that might work but I wanted to find out first.
That thing looks pretty badass. Hah, but sadly mine is like a fidalli or something. My old ones just got completely mud filled and I wanted a little meaner sound anyway. So do I just plug in one wire from each of my stock horns into the new one? I do have two prongs on it
