Taller gears will help out, 410 minimum with those 33s (could search the wreckers)
Hand port your tb, remove the ridges, feather its opening at the top
Remove the intake manifold, cut the runners back about 1.5" and remove the divider. Gasket match the openings. If the plenum gasket is leaking be sure to get a Hughes plenum kit for the bottom of it.
Find a set of 1.92 valved bare EQ heads on ebay and swap your valves/springs over and add 1.7rr ontop(may find used on forums/ebay). Should give a nice gain.
Modify the bracket for the crank position sensor so you can advance the timing a couple degrees.
Shorty headers will help a little bit
Put a h/f cat on or delete it if no etest where you live
Forget the throttle body spacer, they are junk

+1 for what RM_Indy said. He knows what he's talking about.

+10000000000000000000000000000 for his comment on the throttle body spacer. They do not work on our trucks. Best case it won't help at all, worst case sometimes they actually rob you of power.
