Default Good deal or not???

Hi guys!What you think about this truck : http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/cto/1043744407.html ,price is too high or not for 344000 miles ? Thanks.

Its kinda hard to tell. I think most of it would depend on what it really looks like in person.
At $4000, I personally think its in a poor condition, but that varies among different people. KBB books out for fair at $5385.
IMO, I think there are a lot of better trucks our there for the money.
I could almost see buying it if it had the 12valve motor in it instead of the 24 valve.
If i remember right it should be 12 valve, but I am not real sure on that.

I know it does have some extras, but the old saying comes to mind: You cant polish chit. (Even though the myth busters proved this to be wrong when they actually polished ***** of chit)
Let us know what you find out.

PS: you might get some more hits if you post this in the diesel section.

well, he says right up front that its a work truck and not pretty. so, if you need a work truck cheap, this might be ok. but w/344k and he's pulling his equipment with it, the whole truck may be about used up. if you wanting something other than a dirty *** work truck, i'd look for something in better condition.
