Yeah not my style either but if you like them that's all that matters. Your truck could probably pull them off pretty well. I like chrome or polished though myself.

I like chrome and polish too most of the time, but I don't like how it looks on a silver truck. Black is better on silver in my opinion. I also don't like shiny black wheels, only the flat or cast black. That has really limited my selection. I further limited it because I only want 17's (i'm not buying new tires in addition to new wheels), and I want a backspacing between 5.25 and 4.75.

Sort of I guess. It's more of a stylistic thing, not a beadlock simulation. There are some wheels that have a true beadlock simulation, and it is more pronounced then this.

Most real bead locks are not DOT approved, so you can not legally use them on the streets. The ones that are approved look like crap or cost WAY to much.

Please don't get fake beadlocks. I see people with those every day and when they are underneath unbuilt trucks they look completely retarded.

I agree, but like I said, I don't really look at the way these rims are as being fake beadlocks. Wheels with fake beadlocks have a much wider ring (sometimes interchangable with other styles or colors) around the outerlip, usually sticking into the center area of the wheel some (the ones i'm looking at have a smooth rounded lip edge just like any other wheel), more like this:

I think they look great. I prefer the look of duller rims, don't show the filth as much. Definitely tint the windows, had mine done shortly after I bought it and love the look.
