Track bar is on trucks with a sfa like a Dodge.
As for your problem I was going to guess ball joints but then saw you said it wasn't that and when I saw someone else posted cv joint it hit me as I've had that issue on our 96 Accord.

Not bad guess... pcfix i like the way you are going with the heads , to bad you cant do a total rebuild of the motor ..

sometimes when going over a bump the truck will get the shakes.
Rember these trucks dont have a solid axle
not ball joint , or tie rod.. ( good guess)
this part is found on front wheel drives ...
The TSB was for the steering shaft , but not the problem..
