I will do it. But first have to check on invoice to make sure they really should do it.

I have told them about the cable. They call it "shifting cable". But the worse thing is that I was looking at the truck all the time and the guy never have opened the hood. but in the front of his boss he said he did.

Ok ... so they want to call it a "shifting cable" ... doesn't matter ... talk to the supervisor without the guy present. Ask him if it's normal to inspect an adjustable cable without even looking at it.

I'd be insensed. It's pretty plain they're being evasive.

I did. I told him that the guy didn't even open my hood. He said that:" Probably he did when he was on the road test!". Yeah right!!!!
It looks like I will have to do it by myself.

Ok ... all I can say is make sure the clip is snapped together ... the one on the TV cable that holds the adjustment. This is what they should have checked if they weren't such arrogant ******.

Get in your truck, put the key in the ignition, turn it to the start position (but only long enough to get it running). After that, put it in gear and drive it to a dealership where you can trade it in on a nice cushy Honda Accord.

Seriously, I don't know what you've got under there for shocks but I've found that they play a MAJOR role in ride quality. I like a very FIRM ride (I'd install steels rods if I could get away with it) but some people like a soft, swaying ride. I'd say get some adjustable shocks (I think Rancho 9000's do that) and play with them until you like it.
