a few weeks ago someone posted something about have AllData? if so im looking for wiring diagram for the ground or brake system on the rear axle of a 97 4x4 ram with 5.2? or if anyone as any other information on grounds.

a few months back we were offroading, and with post inspection, i found a dangling wire on my buddies truck, we couldnt find where it went. since then the ABS and brake light have been on constantly. any help would be great, thanks guys!

 

Is there a disconnected sensor on the top of the rear differential housing? That's the rear wheel speed sensor and, if disabled, will pop an ABS/BRAKE light combo.

 

Have the same problem. His brake light switch is broken. I'm talking about the switch right over a brake pedal.

I paid $25 at Pep Boys. Just go to any Auto Parts Store and ask for Brake Light Switch

 

thats not where the problem is though, i need to figure out where the wire actually goes, so it will start working again properly.

its not the sensor on top of the pumpkin it looks more like a ground.

 

Can you post a picture? I have a book for Dodge Ram 1500 and all wiring diagrams. Maybe I can find it.
