well if we're on the topic. do a sport front end conversion and ditch the side molding.

 

yeah, im just scared to take it off now in case i mess the paint up underneath, but if i decide to paint then i will take it off and paint that indention in.......have searched the junkyard and the only sport was smashed

 

is there any way you could put my grill shell and bumper chrome white and delete trim? thanks

I can't compete with squirrels, but here's what I came up with. This is pretty rough, but it should give you a general idea. Tried to find a white sport bumper to photoshop onto your truck and couldn't find one at the right angle, so had to do it by hand.

 

it would look better. but i would hold out for a sport. then paint everything
