Default 318 engine build up

Hi I have a 1995 ram 1500 reg cab with a 5.2 318. I am wondering if anyone could tell me what I should do to get some more horse power out of it. I have a intake system, throttle body spacer, and new injectors. what else should I do

Take the throttle spacer off for starters. And if you don't want to spend a lot of money, I won't mention getting some Harland Sharp rockers and/or changing the gears.

TB spacers don't really work for our particular type of intake.

The air that's supposed to be "rifled" or "twisted" by those little fins in the bore of the spacer enter a big open area called the plenum where it waits for the next available runner to load. The air charge can't and won't maintain any supposed benefits of the spacer.

What gear ratio should I go with if I were to replace them

If you're doing a build-up, then bore it .030 over.

Depends on what you have now, and what you plan to do for tires in the future.
