Default 96 Ram just turned 100K, what to replace?

96 ram 1500 2wd 5.9 4spd auto, everything works great but i was thinking about freshening things up a bit, heres what i was thinking:

1) new cat converter
2) new cat back flowmaster exhaust
3) new cold air intake
4) tranny flush (its been 15K since last flush)
5) new cap and rotor with new wires and plugs

anything else im missing? Timing chain perhaps?

Jeeez ... you must have money just laying around.

I'm a reactionary mechanic ... I wait for something to wear out or break before I fix it.

Ya i've been meaning to do these things for awhile, everything is all stock from the factory so 13 yrs of wear and tear, just figured some new parts would do the old girl some good.

any suggestions in mind for brand of shocks? Also, does brand of O2 sensor matter? The O2 sensor is located on the exhaust manifold?

They ran me about $50 (For other people they are closer to $100) total for all four of them. I hear yea on all stock parts. When I pulled the first shock out, it just fell in on itself. All of them were like that.
My first impression of them were very good, but if you off road much, they may not be a very good choice.
The up side is that you are thinking about it now and not when you start to have issues. I waited until I had 135,000 on mine before I got tired of the float effect.

Super easy job. I found the easiest way is to jack up the axle you're working on, support the truck by the frame, pull the tires and then release the axle so it hangs.
