Need Help Please "ignition system"
I'm kind of speechless as to why you would put it back together knowing something is in the cylinder. In one of your posts you said you hoped it would melt.(not to mention the damage caused before it got hot enough to melt, even if it could) I guess if that was case, it wouldn't be a very good idea to make spark plugs out of ceramic.
Oh man i know...... Deff a Dumb moment.... So its running great smoking white smoke steadily and I cant see a huge oil level difference,
u guys said its prob hole in head , scraped cylinder, head gasket, Any other ideas
Thanks for your input

You need to do a leakdown test on the cylinder that the piece fell into...I think someone already suggested that. If you do the leak down test, you will then know if you are at a loss of compression, resulting from a scored cylinder wall, damaged ring, etc.
The only way to know (after a compression test) is to pull the head and check the bore. It may only have scuffed the wall enough (or damaged a ring) to allow oil into the combustion chamber. It may also have scored the cylinder wall too much to bore out the damage. Might take a light hone, might take an overbore, might be scrap.
Of course, you could always sleeve it if it was too deep.
