Default Inline fuel filter

Does anyone know how I can put a fuel filter on my 95 ram 318

It already has one in the regulator.

Two? As far as I know there is the one in the regulator and a screen for large debris at the end of the pick up tube. Of course I could be wrong, I'm no expert.

Then you change your regulator. It's located atop the tank and is easy to change. Cut it open and you'll see what kind of gunk is in your tank.
