This question has probably been asked a million times, but what are the options i got for a rear disc conversion?

Limited ... you can swap in a late model 2nd gen axle but it'll be hit and miss to find one. You can get an EXPENSIVE aftermarket conversion ... or you can spend less than $20 (IIRC) to upgrade your wheel cylinders to 1 ton.
