Sideview Mirrors/Handles
Lots of places for mirrors online. I would avoid ebay cheapies, as mentioned, crap. Couple links below, do a search for others.

Smoothing the handles is a job you should try yourself. If uneasy about it, go to a wreckers or find a set of handles on ebay to use.
I painted my mirrors (Cal Vu SS/pwrd) and smoothed/painted a bunch of pieces same time. Used 220, 400 and 600 grit wetsanding the pieces. 2 coats of adhesion promoter/filler(rattle can), wet sanded, 2 coats of base (2part/touchup gun), wet sanded 1k grit, 2coats of clear(2part). When fully cured I buffed out all the pieces.
The smoothed ones look excellant and all still just as good now. The textured ones, look ok, should of smoothed them too. Had reactions with the overhead console & both the textured pieces(airbag cntrl cover/pwr distribution cover).
Tip for handles, once you remove them, pull the handle up so its in the open postion. Then tie the back side mechanism so they wont close back up.(need 3hands) using a nylon pull tie. Farther its opened the better. Makes it easier sanding the hand cup & edge of the handle and is a must for painting them. Can sort of see what Im refering to in this pic, you can see the end of the tie for each

Takes time/patience & a good prep. The results can be excellant and save you a bunch of money and give you the satifaction of saying you did it yourself
I get my paint supplies from an automotive paint supplier across from my work. Ive used Eastwoods a bunch of times (all pwdr coating related) and they have anything related to vehicle restoration. Very fast, reasonable prices. Quick search will find you more paint suppliers.

If its a daily driver and the only set of mirrors you have for it, will take fair bit of time to complete. Main reason I would be hesitant. Didnt realize those were heated/pwr mirrors. Not a cheap mirror to replace so would be more inclined to try them. I would want some flexible automotive sanding blocks to do those mirrors. With the mirrors being exposed so much they need to be fully cured before installing as well.
dakota, in your case, no down time, much less of an issue

another idea that i forgot to mention is just get some trim paint....its by duplicolor and its in a rattlecan.......not the smooth and really glossy look, but its cheap and would give you some gloss.....you could also leave everything on the truck to do it
heres a side by side of my tailgate trim....i did this a few months ago and it still ooks the same......i did the grill on my g/fs truck over a year ago and it still ooks great also........but smooth glossy would still look better
