I've noticed that my CAD is leaking at the housing. I went to remove it and also found a frozen bolt. Anyway, my Ram is slowly teaching me auto repair. So my questions are:

Is it necessary to replace my axle seal too? (in addition to my gasket at the CAD housing) or is there supposed to be diff oil in the CAD?

What about getting the frozen bolt out? Should I heat it with a torch or is the oil going to catch fire and lead to disaster?
