Default Building bumper and tailgate

Here is my quick photoshop of what I think my new rear bumper is going to look like:



and here is what I think I'm going to make my tailgate look like:



I plan on making the spare tire gate modular, in that it can be unbolted from the bumper and I can use my factory tailgate if I so choose.

Any opinions guys?

i'd put in light wells instead of the pull shackles. see these.

I already have HID lamps on my rear bumper now. I plan on mounting them on the underside of this bumper or on the tire carrier.

Because one of my HID's is brighter than about 20 of those little reverse lights.

I like it. I was going to do this on my old 3rd Gen after backing up into a tree and bending the tailgate.
