hi im new here have had my truck for a while looking for some help i will star right and tell about the truck first its a 2000 1500 with a 5.2 4x4 quad cab i want more power and performance i already have
jet chip hypertech programer jba shorty stainless headers full 3 inch straight pipes all the way no mufflers 52 mill throttle body with aem spacer 8.5 msd wires blaster super coil with distrib up grades custom k&n intake [not in fender] hot plugs a/c eliminator 3 core rad and under drive pullys oh and o2 closed loop eliminators for no cat
now i want to use long tubes and go inside the 5.2 with more goods i want to change my rockers to 1.6 but i havent heard any one say good or bad also was told i could use 1.7 rockers that sounds a little big
i ordered my new long tubes and msd 7 box but not the lifters looking for serious input or help i am a real person and this is for real i do in fact run this daily and do race it with a 125 shot of nos with a fogger jet in the aem spacer it is fast and bad but i want more but dont want to buy a $500 cam any help would be nice

Take the spacer off its not doing anything (unless your just using it for the nos). Go with the 1.7 HS rr, theyre not to big.

Take of the hyper and get a SCT tuner if you want serious power.

The 1.7s are just fine. Only reason not to go with 1.7s is if you plan on a cam, which it doesn't sound like you do, so go for the RRs.

lets see some pics? The nos is not enuff if you had a cummin propain that sob but u dont put a cam in it and have more fun. 125 shot dam thats alot run 200 that will help.

thanks for the input this will help and yes the spacer mostly for the nos i wanted an sct but was rather pricey compared to the aem interface for the lap top with program i will try to shot some pics but im not good with the up loads plus most off the show is under the hood truck looks very grand paish but thats a sleeper for ya

youre running DUAL 3" pipes with no muffler? that is way too big for you little engine, not bad if its single
