Default Steering is loose what the deuce?

This has been kinda geting worse over the last year and a half. I got the truck and yeah I knew when I drove it had more than your average loose steering but wow. It turns right pretty descent but left I feel a gap where its not touching anything before it starts to turn left. Kinda like its not even connected. When Im driving down the HWY Whoah! It prolly looks like Im a drunk driver from behind constantly correcting the truck slighty. Im at stand still... I bought some heavy duty monroe shocks from LMC but I dont know what to do to correct this problem.

Shocks don't affect steering. Try this: https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...-steering.html and then check your tie rod ends.
