It will miss whether I just rev it up, or even if i keep it in first going 30 mph..........pretty much no matter what I'm doing it will miss at 3800rpms and above.

When I'm driving down the road at 60 in 1900 RPMS the truck drives like a dream..........when I take off its got good power like it always has too.

very good possibility on the fuel injectors I wouldnt mind gettin some aftermarket ones..........guess I really need to get the fuel pressure tested dont I. I'm gonna try again today and see if every shop in town tells me to come back tomorrow haha.

I'm thinkin fuel pump. I'm trying to get someone to do a fuel pressure test. My fuel raid does not have a valve for it so I need to use an expensive fuel pressure test kit to fit between the line and the rail.
did you check IAC, MAP, and TPS sensors

Not neccessarily, my truck was stumbling during cold start warmups and then started doing it after the truck was warm. i never got a CEL about it usually if I did it was due to cyl 5 or 6 misfires, I cleaned the IAC port and just went ahead a replaced the IAC valve since I had an extra 1 and it went away.

Awesome........Thanks I'll look at the IAC today..........The IAC is at the back of throttle body? MAP is above valve cover? TPS is on drivers side throttle body and what is on the front of throttle body there is a sensor there too.

If the new injectors don't fix it, take a look at the coil. The 5.9 on my '01 used to start bucking and snorting at 4000 and up. The stock coil was not up to the job. A new one fixed the problem (went with Accel but others seems to prefer MDS). Something else to look at just in case.

The IAC does not affect anything above idle ... that's why it's called an Idle Air Controller.

MAP sensor or TPS are better places to look ... starting with the TPS.
