Go through Youtube and listen to Magnaflow, Flowmaster Super 44, Flowmaster 40, Cherrybombs, etc. etc.

I went with Flowmaster Super 44 and love it. I had a custom setup done, because they are usually the best way to go, IMO. Y-pipe from manifolds to 3" cat to 2.5" Flowmaster Super 44 to 3" exit pipe.

All depends on how loud you want. I live in town, worried about waking the neighbors kid when I leave early, so went with Magnaflow. Nice note but not overly loud.

Got my catback system from Ebaymotors pre bent for under 300. Went in easy in about an hour.

I got a link what my flowmaster 40 sounds like in my siggy.

If you're open to suggestions I say you run the pipes right out of the hood. I always wanted to do that.

Aero Exhaust: Aeroturbine AT3030. I have it and I think it's bada$$. Straight through design with no packing. It's different, but loud. Mine sets car alarms off when idle!!!

I went with the Flowmaster 40 series muffler and am really happy. It's got quite a rumble in the low rpms, but when you get up to highway speeds it's not bad at all. I drive on the interstate a lot and it doens't drown out everything else.

When you are slowing down it does still have that nice 'backpressure sound' that Flowmasters are famous for.

I have a Magnaflow cat and then a Flowmaster 40 with dual 2.25" pipes to the rear. If I was to do it again I'd probably do the Flowmaster 40 and duals but I don't think I'd do the Magnaflow cat unless my stock cat was bad.

I am wanting to do that with the 258 in my Jeep, or a smoke stack, ain't decided yet.
But that will have to wait untill I leave this commie state.
