I hope you know what your doing before you start cutting your garage door opening. There is a heck of a header up there and unless you replace it with the exact same one just higher your gonna have problems. if your in construction than forgive me but if not take it from someone that is a contractor, dont tackle that project without professional help and or advice. Id hate to hear your dodge is now covered with garage debris because the garage failed.

yea truck inside on garage is no top of truck make sure to take lots of pics when it happens.

 

Phillip dont worry if you seen how they built it you would cut it also.
no I am not into construction but I do know enough of it. they have the header a ft higher than the facial board on the out side and boxed it out w 2X4 off the header to make it lower. I think it was because the door installed wasn't high enough so they lowered the facial board instead of putting another panel in the door.

I can afford them I'm just don't like drilling into my roof and about the wiring if there is any factory stuff to tap into. Plus my dad said no more money into the ram I want recons in black.

 

btw...2damnyankee, sweet ride, something about a darker color like maroon or blue in your case over a siver set of rockers, i can't wait to put cab lights on mine
