Fastman Throttle Body
One day if you know what you are doing. Two-ish if you have no clue.
One if you have the money to pay someone else to do it, if you don't have the space, time (if its a DD), or confidence to tackle the job yourself.
If you haven't already guessed, I'm afraid to say that I am a member of the last category. Its not rocket science, but I just don't have the confidence in my mechanical abilities, the tools, and (the main reason) the time to be inside messing around with the engine. I have to have the truck available, its my DD. Had to steal my wife's Jeep for the day while it was in the shop, and only reason she let me do that is because she had the day off from work.

It should not take that long... 4~5 hours tops IMO... if you dont screw around while doing it... follow the DIY on it and it will help alot. Sorry the pics are gone in the thread and I have not had the chance to fix it.
If I do it I will fix the plenum and do the kegger mod so its going to be and all day job.
There use to be a kid on this board who was a mechanic at a dodge dealership. He did the whole plenum change thing in like 45 minutes or something crazy like that one time.
Assuming this is your first time I'm sure if you give yourself a 12 hour window you'll be fine. Just make sure you have everything you need before you start. Especially if you don't have another car at your disposal.
You'll need a beer. a 12 pack should get you through a plenum change.

IMHO, if you're going to do the kegger mod, plan on a couple of weekends so you can take your time and do the job right.
Yea good point I have been trying to talk to bluebeast2 and see if he will let me finish the one he started. It will most likey be a weekend project come home from school take a part start keg. Sat finish keg. Sunday put it all back together.
lol cereal killer you dont need 4.10s to rip it like me and Dodge15004x45.9. ive got the 3.55s muffler swap everything else stock and i can punch it and burn out for more than a city block and leave the street smoking and whats this thing called a brake... never heard of that before LOL
