hey folks,I'm new here. I have a question regarding tranfer cases. My 1999 Ram 1500 ,5.2 liter won't go to 4wd (H or L) sometimes. I was under the truck watching the linkage while my buddy was moving the lever, the shaft on the case seems to move in and out approx. 1/8 inch. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
