I did a lot of research on this for my 98 Ram 1500 4x4 Sport the past few months. The REPUTABLE places that I found were

I my case I did not go with Tough Country as they swore up and down the wall that their REPLACEMENT bumpers would not fit a sport model (I still think they are full of crap). I ended up going with Tough Country and have been very happy. Mine ended up running ~$1650 shipped for the model and accessories I purchased. You can see it at the link below.

Sorry, Im working 12hr days, at least. Im deployed in Iraq right now. I havent had a day off since Sept and I havent been home since July. So cut me a lil slack!lol. Ive got the plans for your bracket/shackles on my computer. Ill shoot you an email right now.
Yea I know one of my cousions he is over there now hes in the mariens doing recon. He loves it alot!!!!!! We have a party for him a few weeks ago. Thanks for all that you have done and are doing.

alien patrol makes some cool bumpers. I followed them a while back when he firsts started the company. There where some threads on another forum about how he was the lead designer and one of the founders of ARB. They are not cheap, but really nice looking.
