My 5spd seems pretty firm right now....lil problem with they syncronizers in between 1st and 2nd gears....but that may just be me driving it a lil too hard too.....
You guys got any feedback on the quality of the 5spd or any problems i should look out for in the future after i put the new transfer case in????

Being a medium duty transmission I'd say as long as you don't highly modify the engine
you should have no problems with it. Thats not from experience with the nv3500 thats
an educated guess based on what I've read.

Not me. I've really come to like autos since I dropped an aftermarket trans in.

Awh dont be so jealous of a girl....at least your engine is bigger than mine....
I love playing with my shifter and ripping thru the gears....probably didnt help the damn transfer problems i have....good thing the truck is supposed to have a new rear end in it....lol....
wow I'm not gonna comment on that lol
I love 5 speeds in cars. I have always liked autos in my trucks though. Some people say a stick in a 4x4 is better. the one stick i drove in the snow kept sliding all over the place.
