Default question on the kegger

I just bought a used kegger from the junk yard for a 100 bucks and going to mod this one before i rip my truck apart.
Now the one I just bought is a 96 5.9L 1500 they said it had an EGR on it but after cleaning it I found that the EGR port is blocked of solid NO HOLES or threads

My question is has anyone w/ a EGR ever do a bypass? and if so how did you do it?

I know about the tube going to the exhaust and going to block that off if I can bypass the EGR.

I can't answer you EGR question, but I can tell you that you totally got ripped off. $100 for an intake is ridiculous. I think I paid $25 for my spare one.

I only had down time for the time it took to install the intake because I bought a spare one and modded it on the side while my stock intake was still on the truck. It took about 9 hours to modify the spare intake, and about 12 hours to install.

Hey, thought I'd just put it out there. If anyone needs a kegger intake or for that matter a throttle body, PM me. I have a couple that I can let go for a very good price.

I suppose an EGR equiped intake would cost more since the are in smaller numbers. Hadn't thought about that. For a non EGR intake you really shouldn't spend more then $35-40 in my opinion.
