you might have a better chance asking someone at kragen or napa, even though they are idiots half the time.

Do you want HID's or regular old light bulbs? I like Farenheit bulbs if you want a super white bulb. If you want to see what they look like compared to stock I can post pictures. Not a rick roll this time lol. I can actually post pictures if you want to see as I have them in my photobucket I just have to look.

For HID's I've used XenithXenons.com

For HID's to do it the right way would be a retrofit. However, if you get a plug in play kit it will probably have a decent bit of glare but with a plug in play kit you basically just hook up the ballast to the headlight plug then run the plug from it to the HID bulb that just goes in the headlight like a normal bulb. This is what I did on the Accord and the R1. Some ballasts you have to run a wire from the battery to the ballast also but with the XenithXenons.com kits and I'm sure some others you don't have to do that. You just hook the plug that normally goes into the headlight bulbs into it and then it has wiring and a plug that goes out of it into the HID bulb.

These will often have a fair bit of glare and not the proper way of doing it but a lot of guys just use these kits.
