runnin lights
You can get them pretty much anywhere... I got mine from Amazon. I went with the Recon 3rd Gen smoked lights. They were about 80 bucks. You can get some cheaper - I think I found some Pacer 3rd gen lights for 30 bucks...
Do some searching for "cab lights" or "clearance lights" and you'll find lots of sites selling them.
Good luck,

$20 for the entire kit lights and all from Advance Autoparts way more if you want the fancy shmancy Recon brand. Install wasn't bad some drilling required and pull down the front of your headliner along with sunvisors. Measurement is the key ingredient. I centered the middle light with the rearview mirror where it glues to the windshield and went from there. If you can find a 3/4 or 1 ton truck measure the intervals between the lights and mark it. Before drilling set them up and stand back and look at them. The outer 2 have a slight angle outward. Hopefully this helps.
Well, this is not 2nd gen, but I think you might get some ideas from this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yy0KzQbRj34
