I believe thats the California sensor, and thats not NTK/NGK, thats a Bosch sensor.

Mine only has two sensors, pre-cat (upstream) and post-cat (downstream). If you have more than two, bar a custom conversion for some reason, you probably have a Ram originally built for sale in California.

The part you need if you do not have four sensors/California truck:
NTK 23151
Bosch 13100

I prefer NTK (NGK) myself, but its up to you.

Do not get Bosch 13122, that is the one I was handed initially before I went NGK. The wire length is to short, it will not reach to the plug (even though it has the right plug end).

Then I read all the good things about NTK, so I went to Sturdevant's Auto Parts, which carries them. They handed me 23139 initially, which has the California plug and does not fit.

I went back the next day and exchanged it, and got a different guy who knew what he was doing a little better than the last. Evidentily the first guy looked it up in the computer wrong. Regardless, he exchanged it no problem, and handed me a 23151. A little wire length to spare (but not to much), and it plugs in like its supposed to.

He said he was going to NAPA, so I gave him the NAPA info.

Thanks, I'm saving that!

Oh, sorry, missed the NAPA part. Thought you just threw up an example link.

All NAPA carries are the Bosch sensors, but they should be fine.

EDIT:
If you have a Cali equipped truck and you want NTK, and you want to replace your upstream sensors, I believe you'll need these two:
NTK 23137
NTK 23138

23137 is for the left side, 23138 is for the right. If the 23138 does not fit, you may need 23139 instead. The plugs are very slightly different.

Oh, and +1 for the high flow cat.

No problem man. Here, tried to save you some time unless you already got this figured out:

(Prices are all rounded up to nearest dollar.)

eBay ("Buy It Now" prices shown, did not check auctions.)
NTK 23151 - $43 + $12 shipping = $55 shipped
Bosch 13100 - $43 + $8 shipping = $51 shipped

SummitRacing.com
NTK 23151 - $50 + $10 shipping = $60 shipped
Bosch 13100 - $50 + $10 shipping = $60 shipped

Those were the cheapest I could find them in about an hour of searching online. You can, of course pay more for upgraded shipping and get them faster. The shipping prices I showed ya there are the cheapest UPS Ground shipping (5-7 days).
