For anyone who wants to know. I ordered my new Mega Viper Transmission a week ago and it is being shipped as I'm Typing. I will let everyone know how it turns out.

 

How did it turn out?

I'm close to ordering a transmission from them.

 

I'd go with them over Dr evil I think. I don't like the line about "secrets they won't divulge" and I've read other places where a 5.0 ratio lever is not a good idea to use on the 46re trans.

There was a post from one member who had an issue with a Dr Evil tranny, never heard a complaint about PATC.

 

+1 Yeah that "secret they won't divulge" crap bugs the heck out of me. I want to know exactly what it is I'm buying BEFORE I buy it.

 

I looked at them back in 2007/2008. I believe that they are more of a strip transmission for dakotas. THey will work with our trucks, but I think they are more tailored for strip.
