Is there any speedometer difference when you go to a 20 inch rim?

i have a 99 1500 sport and was wondering what i could ask for my rims to sell? they are mint. or does anyone or has anyone seen this style powder coated black? and do you think it would look nice if i had them pwdr coated black? i am also going to spray tint the lights and remove the decals i want this baby to be blacked out.

i powder coated mine black, and it looks cool to me, and since you have a black truck IMO it would look pretty sick

Yes you have to recalibrate the speedo for 20's.
