Default Tranny line to transmission adapter

Alright I have a new rebuilt tranny and brand new lines the lines dont go into the adapters but the numbers are what are said to fit by dodge. Is there a piece I am missing here? (see picture)

Is there another piece? Maybe a quick connect? anyone?

it looks like a quick connect on the new trans. have you still got your old trans ? what's it look like.

It looks like the piece on your trans might unscrew from a threaded connector and then the one on the line would screw into that? Just a thought.

Alright turns out they updated our lines and the push ins are so 90's now the lines screw on its a 5/18s adapter. (threads on both ends)

For future reference to anyone who might run into this down the road

so why did you have it rebuilt, how much did it cost, was this the original estimate or did it end up being more, did they tell what was wrong with it. did you do any upgrades.
