I got Dr Evil in my ride.
I had similar issues - just had to adjust the TV (Throttle Valve) cable.
Shift are still solid but it does not "bang" like it did before.
I'm running a PATC mega viper trans and because I opted for the street/strip setting for
the valve body (along with other things) every shift is hard. A smooth shift means that
more slippage is occuring in the transmission thus causing more wear than a positive firm
shift. If you don't like it change it but I don't think anything is wrong with the trans. Like
the other guys have said; Call up Dr. Evil and talk to them.
Did he he give you an option of shift kits? Is it Transgo, BM, or Fairbanks? The different manufactures have different levels and each level is has different pressures. Seems like you all would of discussed that when purchasing

I think that may have fallen under .....
"Plus Other Upgrades That Dr. Evil Will Not Divulge"
That statement was a major reason why I didn't buy from them. What a joke.

Mine has a Transgo kit I'm not sure what level. I have the same transmission as Ron so not sure why mine shifts different.
