Default Truck acts funny at warm temperature.

Recently, a coil wire had burned on my manifold, and my truck crapped out on me. Well, I replaced the wire, but ever since, my truck acts like I am lugging the engine, but only when at normal operating temperature.

When I shift from first to second, and the truck is at 1500 RPM's, it shakes as if it is lugging badly, but when it gets to about 2000 RPM's, it will smooth out a little, and only buck once or twice.

Could it have to do with my cap and rotor? I replaced my ignition coil, but it is still doing it. Or could it possibly be the rear end of the truck?

low rpm shaking that smooths out at higher rpm can be a plug wire or plug shorting. check your other plug wires.
