Quoted for truth. I never understand people wanting to go the cheap route with how to stop.

I went with powerslot slotted rotors with hawk pads. You get the added cooling of the
slots and the added brake hold with the pads without going to cross drilled.

Slotting isn't about cooling ... it's about dumping the gasses that are generated when the pads get hot. In emergency stopping, they build up between the pad and rotor ... eliminating friction.

Brakes and the wheel bearings are no where to go cheap! Do it right the first time around!! It will save you money in the long run!
If you want to buy slotted rotors, new wheel bearings, and a track bar, save your money and get some better parts.
My $2

Do they look decent, would you guys pay that? I dont want something crappy that Im gonna have to replace after a few months. WHat do you think?

Also, I need a new track bar. What do you think of this. Im on a budget and cant afford a $200 track bar. Says it has a 1 year warranty too.

Go to your nearest O'Reilly's and get a set from them. They are durable, not expensive, and come with a good warranty. I have a set of rotors and drums on my truck from them and they perform just fine. I drive 110 miles a day 5 days a week and these have been on my truck for a yr now with no worries.

To echo what he said, pay the extra $5 and get the lifetime warranty. Cheap insurance.
