Default 3M Headlight restore FTW!!!

I heard good things about this so I decided to give it a go on my extremely yellowed out headlights. Here is a before:

And here is an after:

It's like night and day (literally). Recommended to anybody that owns a Dodge and a power drill!

I've used that kit before. It works very well. Another thing I did was get some 400/800/1000 wet/dry sandpaper, and wet sanded across with 400, up and down with 800, across with 1000, then gave it a good rubdown with rubbing compound. That also worked well. It's 60-80 bucks a light to have someone do it for you around here, so it's a good deal to do it yourself.

Wait for a nice warm sunny day... Park your truck so that the headlight is facing into the sun - and pull your headlight bulb. Leave it there for a couple of hours... That should drive out moisture that is collected in there. Might take a couple of "treatments", but it works.

I have uesed Blue Magic Headlight Restore. It works on almost every plastic that might have become cloudy, or filmed over.
Any parts store will have it. Even Walmart should have it, but who goes there?

just keep them waxed up or you'll be doing it again in about 6 months.
