You put 2qts in the rear? Scary! Where did it go? either the gasket on the cover was/is bad or your drums/shoes must be coated with gear oil. I hope you found the leak or else you will be in the same situation soon enough. If you have a limited slip, i hope you added the friction additive.

 

Bringing the thread back to life but i'm in Manassas and new to the dodge rams also. If anyone is in the area and has fooled around w/ these trucks before please hit me up. I have a checklist i need to fix on the truck... Mostly little stuff but could use some help. I have tools!!

 

2qts is pretty much empty as they only hold around 2 1/2 max. Probably lots of wear on the gears. Be ready to replace it all.

 

anyone near Manassas...? i have a few "DIY's" coming up and could use a hand..
