Man where did you find it? Wrapped in plastic in somebody's barn? Way to score a low mileage RAM!

I have 142K on an original 318, I had the transmission rebuild at 70K and had the rear end rebuilt at around 110k.

1997 ram 318 just hit 169,000, original engine and still believe it has original transmission. Runs great!

I figured I would add to the mileage post....

Currently it has 171,000 and the tranny/motor are original. I just bought the truck a few days ago from the original family.

I just added some new shocks, fixed the a/c, rewired the stereo hack job, deleted the cat, fresh motor & tranny oil/filter change this weekend and it runs strong.

Very pleased to see it hit the 200K mile mark. But since I only drive around 6-7k miles a year, it may be a while. lol
